We have become aware of unsubstantiated and inaccurate allegations regarding the integrity of our business.

Libellous comments can be very damaging to small businesses as many people who see these comments do not verify them and then believe that they are true.

This can cause loss of business from customers, present and future.

As a small business, family run by people who genuinely care for customers and customers pets, we strive to fulfil our moral and legal  responsibilities, we cannot let these kind of statements go without redress.

If customers have any worries, issues, or questions we encourage that they approach us in the first instance rather than airing them on a public platform.

We are disappointed and saddened that customers we feel we have served well in the past would not try to obtain reassurance from us before taking their worries to social media.

It is difficult for us to justify continuing to supply goods to customers who have done this, without apology, who will then use those products in their own small businesses.

We have always been a very honest and open business and we just wanted to reassure our customers that this has not, and never will, change.

We can combine orders from both websites to save on carriage costs. Place an order on each website and leave a message in the comments box to combine orders. We will refund any unused carriage costs. Alternatively click 'pay by phone' and we will deduct unused carriage from your total.

Many of our products are sourced from suppliers of human food products. Although they are graded for human use we are only allowed to offer these goods for sale as animal food and not for Human consumption.
