This hollowed out complete shell is filled to the brim with coconut husk pieces, cuttlebone slice, wooden toys, pumice rock and twisted banana leaf twine.  3 cut out holes to gain access to all the goodies inside!

Easy to refill with your own choice of toys or treats once empty.
