No10 Soft Food is a soaking mixture suitable for all adult rats, especially beneficial to elderly or poorly rats who may have trouble eating a regular dry mix.

This is a balanced food and can replace dry mix if needed.

A supplement should be offered once or twice a week as most homemade mixtures are deficient in Calcium, Copper and Vitamin D.

Our CaCuD3 provides these in an easy to use powder form. We have found that mixing it into a wet meal or yoghurt, fish or scrambled egg is the easiest way to ensure it is taken. It can also be easily mixed into No10.

A water based option is to use Dr.S Daily Essentials 1 along with Dr.S Calcivet liquid. This should be given alongside their fresh water.

Mixing Instructions:

• Measure out the required amount of Soft Food No10 into a bowl, A dessert spoon is a good starting point
• Cover with hot water and allow to cool
• This will give a fairly firm porridge. For a looser consistency add more warm water and stir
• Can be given as an alternative or addition to the daily dry mix
• Feed on a saucer to aid lapping
• Supplements or fish oils can be stirred through before feeding
