No9 is a Straights Based diet specifically formulated for nursing does and has a higher protein level to reflect the demands needed during this time.  

No9 is perfect for growing kittens until they are around 12 - 14 weeks.  By this time they have finished their major growth spurt and can happily be given an adult mix.

Made using our Base Mix No4, No9 includes all the component parts of a homemade mixture based on the Shunamite style diet.

A supplement should be offered two or three times a week as most homemade mixtures are deficient in Calcium, Copper and Vitamin D.

Our CaCuD3 provides these in an easy to use powder form. We have found that mixing it into yoghurt or a wet meal such as mackerel, sardines or scrambled egg is the easiest way to ensure it is taken.

A water based option is to use Dr.S Daily Essentials 1 with Dr.S Calcivet liquid in the same water bottle. This should be given alongside their fresh water.
